Gil Shafir is an Associate. Prior to Revolution he was an analyst in the Technology, Media & Telecom group at J.P. Morgan where he joined from Bear Stearns. At J.P. Morgan Gil was focused on M&A in the diversified media, video game and internet sectors, equity and debt capital raises and EVA analysis. Previously he was co-founder and director of technology for Site Hub, a website incubator. Gil is also a former intern at Revolution Ventures, having worked on a number of portfolio companies including Entropic Communications, Nextivity, Symwave and Gazillion. He received a BA in math and economics from Bucknell University and is a graduate of High Tech High where he was a Mauro Scholar.
