Prior to joining Cogniance, George worked as IT Director at Cosmo chain of cosmetics shops and drugstores, where he was responsible for strategic planning and management of its distributed IT infrastructure and corporate DC operations. He also managed the IT budget and supervised day-to-day activities of 16 specialists. Prior to that, George occupied a number of senior engineering, project management and business development positions in leading Ukrainian outsourcing companies. George’s career in the IT industry started in 1996.
