George J Lamelza III is universally known as an innovative Internet entrepreneur who since 1995 has successfully grown online brands with a focus on the convergence of technology and marketing.
In 1997 Lamelza was the co-founder of web hosting giant Anet and after the successful growth in the 1990s merged in 2000 with Team Media. He assumed the top post of Chief Executive Officer and continued to oversee the company’s growth until 2008 when he stepped down to pursue other ventures. He remained a board member of Team Media until 2012.
Lamelza has gone on to spear-head major social and mobile media projects innovating the digital media marketplace leading such companies as invyte Advertising Group and Uplink Technologies while also providing nationally recognized interactive strategies for organizations such as Ozarks Tech.
In 2011 Lamelza joined the leadership of Dealer Uplink and assisted in the initial million dollar capitalization with other Fortune 500 Executives, which lead to an interactive mobile technology that was both timely and compelling for the automotive industry.
Lamelza continues to be on the forefront of marketing in the digital space and his consultative experience spans many industries and includes advertising, automotive, education, fashion, government, telecommunications, and cloud / web hosting. He has worked with companies such as Open Text, Ellucian, Google, Fremantle Media, Look Models, PGA, and Paramount.
With global experience in digital media marketing planning and execution; customer/constituent retention; and market focused technology, he is a vetted professional in deploying corporate strategies with a focus on client recruitment using outside-the-box marketing tactics.
Lamelza was inducted into the International Academy of the Visual Arts and has also been recognized by the Business Journal as one of Missouri’s top professionals.
