Geoff Stearns

Geoff Stearns most recently spent four years at YouTube as the Tech Lead for the video player team (Flash, and then HTML5).

Prior to YouTube, he wrote SWFObject, a popular open source javascript file for embedding Flash content. He has also worked at a handful of ad agencies in the NYC area working with clients including Adobe, MTV, XM Radio, New York’s MoMA and taught web development at The Cooper Union in New York City.
