Gene Hammett has been successful in many roles in life. Currently, Gene Hammett works as a Director of Business Development for Intellinet. Gene’s strengths are best categorized in areas of understanding business strategy and operations. His primary responsibility is finding companies are a good fit for Intellinet services. This role is something that comes natural to Gene because the alignment between his previous experience and education.
To get to here, Gene graduated from Georgia Tech in 1992 with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. After seven years of strategy and IT consulting, Gene worked in the “dot com†craze with a company that extended ERP systems to the internet. Gene also started his own company and managed it successful in the area of Event Marketing.
Gene Hammett has continued his personal development recently by becoming certified as an Executive Coach with a focus to being a Leadership Coach. His specialties include expanding the way individuals see the world and how they are in the world. This type of coaching is meant to identify where you are and create practices to get to where you want to me. Gene sees this as an extension to his current role in sales by learning to listen at a deeper level and listen for the things that go unsaid.
