Gautam Ghosh is a social business consultant.

Previously he was Head of India Marketing at BraveNewTalent. His earlier roles were as a Consultant at 2020 Social, leading the Employee and Partner practice of the firm - advising clients on how to build online communities for these audiences.

Gautam has over a decade of experience as an Organizational Development and HR professional with organizations like Hewlett-Packard, Dell and Deloitte in India.

He’s one of India’s leading bloggers - and before 2020 Social was a freelance consultant advising clients on how social media can help them build their employment brands on the social web. His blog has been listed by HRWorld amongst the top 25 HR blogs worldwide and also amongst the Career 100 - a list of the top 100 career related blogs globally in the English language.
