Gary Wilson has served as a member of Yahoo’s board of directors since November 2001. Mr. Wilson also served as Chairman of the board of directors of Northwest Airlines Corporation, the parent of Northwest Airlines, Inc. from 1997 - 2007. Mr. Wilson also serves as a director of CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Wharton Graduate School of Business.
