Gary Benitt is a seasoned tech entrepreneur with 13 years of diverse management experience, mostly within the customer service industry. Gary has experience in managing various technology teams including development, quality assurance and client implementations. More importantly, Gary has broad experience in all facets of growing a business from startup mode into a mature organization.
Gary was most recently with AOL, after his widget startup Goowy was acquired in early 2008. At Goowy, Gary was one of the co-founders and served as the COO/CFO.
Gary has decided to return to his customer service roots and has recently teamed up with his friends to co-found Assistly, a new software startup in the space. Gary is currently the COO/CFO of Assistly - responsible for, among other things, “everything else”.
Gary is also an adviser to several early stage companies and is an investor in iList / irata labs.
