Gabriel Ortiz is chief technology officer and VP of Engineering. He has done systems and network engineering for the University of New Mexico, Samba Holdings and Tau Technologies, LLC. He founded the open-source StupidFilter project in 2007 to address internet community moderation problems utilizing a computational linguistics approach. He later founded Rarefied Technologies to commercialize the resulting technology.
