Fred Binstock has spent much of his career helping early-stage companies to grow and build infrastructure in the areas of finance and administration.
Before joining TOA, Mr. Binstock was the Chief Financial Officer for a major teleradiology firm. Mr. Binstock has also served as CFO for several companies, including AtomicBox Logistics, a third-party logistics and e-fulfillment firm where he was also a founding member of the executive team; and Controller of Voice-Tel Enterprises, a telecommunications company. Mr. Binstock began his career at Ernst & Young, where he spent 11 years on the audit staff serving numerous clients in various industries.
