Frank is an accomplished senior executive with significant experience as a private and public company CFO. After attaining his BBA, CPA and MBA, Frank worked as an auditor for Coopers & Lybrand, and held various senior financial positions with PepsiCo, MCI Communications and Visa International. Frank was appointed CFO of Indus which merged with TSW, then was appointed CFO of E-Loan, Inc where he managed a highly successful IPO. Recently Frank has held CFO responsibilities for Zantaz, Inc and Reply, Inc, both pre-IPO technology companies.
