Frank Calderoni currently serves as executive vice president, operations and chief financial officer at Red Hat in June 2015 . With more than 30 years of financial expertise, business thought leadership, and operational excellence, Frank is responsible for the leadership and management of IT and operations teams.
Before joining Red Hat, Frank served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Cisco Systems from May 2004 to January 2015 and most recently served as an executive advisor.He joined Cisco in 2004 from QLogic Corporation, a storage networking company where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer for SanDisk Corporation, a flash data storage company.
Before joining SanDisk, Frank spent 21 years at IBM, a global services, software and systems company, where he became Vice President and held controller responsibilities for several divisions within the company.In addition to active participation on the Palo Alto Networks board, he currently serves on the boards of Adobe Systems Incorporated and Nimble Storage Inc.
Frank holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Fordham University and an M.B.A. from Pace University.
