Fernando D'Alessio is an entrepreneur and financier with over 15 years of investment banking, corporate development, consulting, startup and investing experience in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. He co-founded e-commerce and social gifting platform, after founding D Capital Partners and helping a dozen entrepreneurs in Internet, education, consumer products, clean tech and renewable energy.

Prior to getting involved with startups and early stage ventures, Fernando was leading teams and proactively taking initiatives at JPMorgan, Houlihan Lokey and Deutsche Bank focusing on corporate development and mergers and acquisitions, originating and executing buy-side and sell-side deals. He has always been passionate about helping companies grow and achieve their full potential.

Fernando received an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business and holds a B.A. in Economics and Finance from Universidad Pacifico. Fernando is bilingual in English and Spanish, and proficient in Italian.
