With over 16 years of technology and startup experience, Felix is at the forefront of designing and developing large-scale distributed systems and customer-centric Internet software spanning Internet advertising, machine translation, and e-commerce industries.
Prior to Host Committee, Felix served as a Lead Engineer at Gilt Group heading up the Women’s tech team and the Customer Excitement team. Before Gilt, Felix served as the Lead Architect for SDL Language Weaver where he was instrumental in transitioning the company from an enterprise software company to a SaaS-based organization serving millions of translations a day. From 1998 to 2003, Felix was a critical piece to the DoubleClick DART adserver team, helping to build a business that served upwards of 2 billion ads a day. Felix started his career as an engineer at Intel.
Felix holds a Bachelor’s of Science and Master of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Cornell University.
