A 15 year veteran in the Internet industry, Evan has previously worked to build new products and businesses for companies including Yahoo!, AOL, Excite, Looksmart and Agency.com. Prior to joining JumpTap Mr. Krauss led Cuts, Inc a critically acclaimed online video editing service as President and CEO.
Before Cuts, Evan spent six and half years at Yahoo!. His last role was Managing Director, in Yahoo!’s Connected Life Business unit were Mr. Krauss led a global team responsible for developing new businesses for the emerging Mobile, Living Room, and Desktop product lines.
Prior to developing new ad businesses for Yahoo!, Krauss championed and led their mobile efforts starting in 2002 managing the business to 100% gains year-over-year gains two years in a row.
Evan has built from scratch and managed some of the earliest and most successful Internet advertising teams at Excite, AOL, Looksmart, and Yahoo!. Directly responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue and forging new Internet advertising products and models since 1995.
