Eugene co-founded Emerginvest with Andrew in 2007, 10 years after being high school classmates. Prior to Emerginvest, Eugene was a Technology Consultant at Accenture, where he managed Java programming of database systems for commercial billing applications and the outsourcing of development to the Phillipines for a large-scale telecommunications client. He was previously a research analyst at the UM Biotechnology Institute’s Center for Biosystems Research, and studied Computer Science at the University of Maryland
