Ethan Beard is head of Platform at Facebook. Earlier he was Director of Business Development. Prior to joining Facebook, he was a director of social media at Google. He also served as the Director of Business Development for MTV/VH1 Interactive and worked for Silicon Alley Venture Partners, Fountainhead Capital and Bank of America. He holds degrees from University of Pennsylvania and NYU’s Stern School of Business.
