Mr. Smith is Chief Strategy and Sales Officer for FameCast. He joined FameCast from Metacafe, where he served as Vice President of content and programming and was responsible for building media partnerships and developing and engaging content mix. Prior to Metacafe Mr. Smith was responsible for the programming and business development strategy at MobiTV, where he lead the company’s mobile content efforts and negotiated content distribution relationships with leading media properties. Prior to MobiTV, Mr. Smith held executive programming positions at entertainment focused technology companies including Digital Lifestyles Group, Liberate technologies, Motive Communications, Sun Microsystems and DirectTV.
