Erik Schwartz is an east coat based technology executive.
In the early 90s Erik did some of the early work in interactive TV at ICTV, product managing the VOD trial with Cox. As ICTV pivoted to web content Erik headed up programming on the system.
As the first head of entertainment at Yahoo! he managed the group that launched Y!’s core entertainment products reaching millions of users including Movies, TV, Radio. He personally managed the creation of Y! Games; the first leader in causal gaming.
He likes to do hard things; he has sailed solo across the pacific ocean 3 times on a 40 foot sailboat, twice under racing conditions.
