During his five years with eBay, Eric focused on growing several of eBay’s nascent businesses. He directed the re-development of the eBay Stores product, laying the foundation for its growth from 50,000 subscribers in 2003 to almost 600K in 2008. Eric also assembled and led eBay’s first global mobile product team. Most recently, Eric acted as the General Manager for the ProStores business unit where he was responsible for strategy, marketing, BD and product direction for team of 24 people. In 2007 Eric increased revenue by 63%, subscribers by 44%, customer satisfaction by 40% and e-commerce transactions completed by 110%.

Prior to eBay, Eric played key product roles at B2B e-commerce high-flyer, Commerce One. At US Interactive, Eric designed and managed consumer ecommerce and marketing websites for established companies such as Lexus and Welcome Supermarkets (in Hong Kong). Prior to this, he focused on marketing and corporate development for a streaming media startup.
