Eric F. Risley is a seasoned senior investment banker who has worked with private and public corporate clients engaged in M&A and capital-raising for over 22 years.

Eric is the founder of Architect Partners LLC, (www.architectpartners.com) an innovative M&A advisory firm focused exclusively on the rapidly converging internet, mobile and digital media sectors. Previously he was Global Head of Software Corporate and Investment Banking at Banc of America Securities, responsible for some of the firm’s largest clients; Head of Investment Banking at Rutberg & Company, a highly respected wireless research boutique and ran Software and Internet Investment Banking at CIBC World Markets (and its predecessor Oppenheimer & Co., Inc.). Eric has for over 22 years led and executed M&A and capital-raising transactions for hundreds of emerging private and well-established public companies.
