A veteran of several Oregon startups and an experienced angel investor, Eric manages the day-to-day activities of the Oregon Angel Fund. Eric left Intel in the early 1980s to help pioneer the move of instrumentation to the IBM PC as president of Microcosm. He rejoined his key team-mates in 1998 as VP of operations for First Silicon Solutions, acquired by MIPS in 2005. Eric is a long-term volunteer with the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network and served as OEN board chair in 2008. He received his ScB in Biology from Brown University and his MBA from Dartmouthâ€™s Amos Tuck School of Business.
