Eric directs the company’s financial affairs and leads fundraising efforts. Eric brings to Fulcrum more than two decades of progressive financial expertise. As Senior Vice President and Deputy CFO at Calpine, he directed and participated in debt and equity financings totaling more than $20 billion. Working closely with commercial banks, he closed numerous project financings and structured lease financings. He also led the closing of a $5 billion debtor-in-possession to exit loan facility, the largest ever completed. Eric received a B.A. in economics and an M.B.A. with emphasis in accounting and finance from the University of California, Davis. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
