To date, we have incorporated and launched TeamSupport.com, a customer help desk app.

I have a passion for customer support and operations. I enjoy leading teams, providing direction and more importantly, leading by example. There is nothing I would ask a member of my team to do that I would not do myself.

After the Marine Corps, I finished my college degree and jumped into the Broadcast business by accident where I spent the next 10 years of my life. My focus during this time was customer support and operations. By the time I left, our team had elevated this company to be a leader in our field, grew the head count ten fold, and successfully went though an acquisition which was a great learning experience.

TeamSupport continues to grow organically, just as we planned. We’ve got a great team of people that know each other well, and a product that solves real problems.
