Mr. Utmazgin was a technology leader at Shopping.com, from its growth as a small startup to the largest comparison shopping engine on the net, through its acquisition by eBay. At Shopping.com Mr. Utmazgin managed the product catalog department and lead Shopping’s globalization efforts. At Peer39, he built Peer39’s Research and Development operations from a small core of developers to a global team of engineers and system architecture experts. Mr. Utmazgin manages the technology operations of Peer39’s Israel Research and Development Center and R&D operations worldwide.
