“Emi Gal was born in Bucharest, Romania 26 years ago. He says some days it feels much longer than that, but most days it doesn’t.
Three years ago Emi started Brainient, a video advertising technology company together with his longstanding friend Andrei Baragan. Prior to Brainient Emi started two other companies and advised or been involved with various technology & internet startups including Skimlinks (UK), eOk (RO) and SkinScan (RO).
Emi occasionally speaks at various entrepreneurship and technology events, writes for The Telegraph and TechCrunch Europe once in a blue moon and has a strong interest in technology and education. He’s also a Board Director on the Board of Romanian seed fund Digital Catalyst Fund.
He loves experiments, tennis, swimming and chocolate. Emi works hard, reads a book every week and wakes up at 6:30AM each morning. Except on weekends.”
