Edward “Pepper†Pounds is a founding Partner with Exervio Management Consulting. In his position as Vice President of Client Services and Strategic Partnerships Mr. Pounds has played an integral role in the creation and sustainability of Exervio’s portfolio of management consulting clients. Mr. Pounds is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Fortune 500 companies including Bank of America, The Shaw Group, Duke Energy, Morgan Stanley, and Lowe’s, to name a few.
