Edmund H. Shea, Jr. has served as director of the Company since October 1993. He is a co-founder of J. F. Shea Co., Inc., a diversified construction, land development and venture capital investment company, and has served as its Executive Vice President and a director since 1954. He holds a B. S. degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
