Mr. Dustin R. Womble has been Tyler’s Executive Vice President in charge of corporate-wide product strategy since July 2003. In July 2006, he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer for both the Courts & Justice Division and the Local Government Division. Mr. Womble has served on the Tyler Board of Directors since May of 2005 and is a member of the Executive Committee. In 1981, he founded Incode, which Tyler acquired in 1998. Mr. Womble graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with a degree in Management Information Systems.
