Drew Olanoff

Drew and the internet go way back. He has been consulting in various forms of media on the internet since 1996 and has a love for content generated by people.

He is the founder and former host of the “Best Damn Tech Show, Period” 3 year running podcast, one half of the team behind the web show “scriggity”, and is known best for such projects as Gmail4Troops and BlogAbroad. His success has come with his understanding of social networking and getting the word out about his and others projects via blogs, podcasts, and video in a true “grassroots” way. From a short internship at Digital City Philadelphia (AOL) to working with colleges and universities at EDU, Community Management and Technology Evangelism with Pluggd (Now known as Delve) Networks), and with Strands, Drew’s enthusiasm about people and the internet are his driving force. In June 2009, Drew was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma, and established Blame Drew’s Cancer, a site that asks you to blame everything that goes wrong in your life, on Drew’s cancer.
