Drew Bewick brings 20 years of experience involving the most challenging of international security and other critical issues where science, technology, and international affairs intersect. He served in the federal government as a Defense Department official working with venture capitalists, corporations, start-ups, and other government agencies in funding early stage technology development while also leading the development of an interoperable global operations network. Mr. Bewick is an experienced venture capitalist having participated in the business and technical aspects of 28 equity investments. In 2007, he was recognized by Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government as a leader who demonstrated collaborations which cross the boundaries of organizations and sectors in developing linkages to the private sector and evaluating their worth for public purposes.
