Dr. Huang joined ChinaEquity in 2002 as Managing Director and CTO. He has a proven record in wireless data system development (data server to infrastructure integration of SMS service), High speed data products, 3G and has extensive technical and business contacts throughout the U.S. and Asia. He delivered 4 successful products to the market from his position as Director of Engineering for Motorola Asia Pacific.
Dr. Huang has extensive knowledge of the future of network communications and the convergence of Wireless and the Internet. He has held Director level positions at IBM, Sony and Motorola and is a much sought after consultant to both cellular carriers and handset manufacturers around the world.
Dr. Huang received his Doctor EE from Columbia University, MSEE from the University of Texas, and BSEE from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China.
