Dr Vivek Tandon, founder of Aloe Private Equity, is an experienced international executive and proven entrepreneur with an in-depth background in building technology start-up companies. Prior to Aloe, Vivek co-founded a number of high technology companies including VICOM Group International. He has held several senior executive management positions including Viventures (a USD$700m Venture Capital Fund as UK Managing Director), CIENA, Kymata, British Telecommunications PLC and Motorola.
