Dr. Cynthia Hedricks has over 20 years of diverse experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data gathered in the applied setting. She was Senior Vice President of Research & Development at Caliper, where she led a team that developed new products and deliverables, conducted basic psychometric research, and supported the firm’s research-based consulting services. Her most recent projects included a global study of the personality qualities that distinguish women leaders, and the development of norms for cross-cultural comparisons. She was on the faculty at the University of Southern California, teaching a doctoral seminar on Work and Leisure, and courses in research methods and data analysis.
