Douglas Tarr

Douglas Tarr is a software entrepreneur. He is currently working on a new venture focused on productivity software.

Previously, Douglas was technical co-founder at PayScale. He joined PayScale in 2000 as a founding team member, building much of the company’s initial software and systems. Mr. Tarr has worked in software development at a number of Fortune 500 companies, with a concentration in financial systems.
