Doug Perlson is the CEO of TargetSpot, and oversees the largest internet radio advertising network and leading online audio technology platform. An online marketing veteran, Doug previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Seevast, Inc. which operates marketing services companies Kanoodle, Pulse 360 and Moniker. While at Seevast, Doug was responsible for the management of their automated content and affiliate networks, the search division, the relevancy/editorial department, domain monetization, and all product development and management. In addition, Doug led Seevast’s corporate development efforts and sourced, diligenced and closed two major acquisitions.
Before joining Seevast, Doug was Senior Vice President, Partner Development and Operations for About.com. While there, he helped grow the Luna Network, a start up ad network later merged into Sprinks, which was acquired by Google. Doug also has founded and consulted to several online and traditional small businesses. He is a licensed attorney, with a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany.
