Doron founded NewChinaCareer in January 2007 to solve a puzzling gap in China’s world of online recruitment and high-end employment. As the Business Development Manager at financial recruiter Matthew Hoyle International in Hong Kong, Doron saw that, while large Chinese job boards worked well for entry and mid-level candidates, high-level job searches for bi-lingual speaking professionals were not being conducted efficiently online.
Today, NewChinaCareer lists over 10,000 career opportunities within the Greater China region for experienced industry professionals that are bi-lingual (Chinese + English) and the recruiters and employers looking to hire them.
Prior to co-founding NewChinaCareer and his role at Matthew Hoyle International, Doron was a Account Manager at NationaleVacaturebank.nl, a Netherlands-based online recruitment startup.
