Don started his early Internet career consulting with companies looking to take advantage of the burgeoning online space. He has generated over $1 billion in sales and has raised more than $100 million in capital for Internet companies, thus earning a reputation as a business and brand-building guru. Don was founder and CEO of FitnessHeaven.com - voted a Forbes magazine “Best of the Web” winner - which was acquired in 2001 by Intermix Media.
While at Intermix, Don spearheaded core ventures that enhanced shareholder value including cofounding Alena Media and the acclaimed skin care brand Hydroderm®, breaking new ground in the online CPG space. In 2005, Intermix Media, the parent company of Myspace.com, was acquired by News Corp. for more than $650 million.
Emphasizing Don’s business philosophy that greatness is only achieved through innovation, creativity and teamwork, Don teamed up with Co-CEO Adam Goldenberg to found and build Intelligent Beauty Inc. in 2006.
