Divya Kumar is the founder of Dy/Dx, a US-based online apparel, accessories and decor retailer with inspirations from India. She is also Director of Madras Realty Pvt.Ltd., a property development company in India.

Prior to this she was a User Researcher at Intuit, Mountain View involved in leading projects on Small Business ethnography and Usability Testing. She was also involved with Technology of Emerging Markets at Microsoft Research, Bangalore focused on technology adoption in low-income classrooms and small businesses with multi-user scenarios.

She holds M.S in Computer Science and Human-Computer Interaction from University of California, San Diego and Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University (SVCE), India. She also played competitive tennis for the University team.
