Disa Johnson is the original moderator and organizer alongside Danny Sullivan of his Search Engine Strategies conference series for 5 years from 1999 until 2004. Disa Johnson chaired her own Search Engine Strategies conference in Denmark 2001. She handled the advanced topic sessions, which fielded matters of source code and search algorithms. In May 2004, SES Toronto expanded to include additional moderators and Disa stayed on, appeared frequently as a panelist and appears regarding mobile and search technology today. Conference programs where Disa Johnson participated include those from The DMA, AdTech, Frost & Sullivan, SES, SMX and ClickZ.
