Dharmash Mistry is a partner at Balderton Capital. Prior to Balderton Capital, he was part of the management team that sold Emapâ€™s consumer magazine business to H. Bauer for Â£1.1bn. During his eight years at Emap, Dharmash held a range of executive roles, including Managing Director of Emap Consumer Media and Emap Performance. He was responsible for digital development (internet, mobile and digital broadcast); the founder of Box TV (the music TV joint venture with Channel 4); the launch Managing Director of Zoo magazine; the Chairman of CAP (an automotive B2B information business) and a Director of Frontline (the UKâ€™s leading newstrade distribution company).
Prior to Emap, Dharmash was at The Boston Consulting Group. He started his career as a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, running FMCG Brands in the UK and across Western Europe.
He holds a MEng and BA in Engineering, Economics and Management from Oxford University.
