Deven is a Venture Capitalist at New Europe Venture Equity (NEVEQ) where he focuses on early and growth stage technology investments in Europe.
Prior to NEVEQ, Deven was a venture capitalist at Highland Capital Partners, where he focused on Internet investments in social media and e-commerce. Before Highland, Deven was with at Goldman Sachs’s private equity business and held various operating roles at NexTag (the leading Internet comparison shopping platform). He started his career as a mergers & acquisitions investment banker at Lazard. Deven earned a degree in finance from UC Berkeley.
