Demaris specializes in advising technology-driven growth companies. Prior to joining NetBooks she practiced law at Lanahan & Reilley, and in the Corporate Technologies Group of Pillsbury Madison & Sutro (now Pillsbury Winthrop) in San Francisco. Demaris has worked in the United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate in Washington, D.C. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin, cum laude, where she was an editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal.
