Debra Schilling brings to Acero Capital over twelve years of venture capital financial management experience. Prior to joining Acero, Debra served as CFO at Aspen Ventures and Horizon Ventures. Prior to venture capital, Debra spent over fifteen years in senior financial management positions at several venture backed companies including Radius Inc. and Plexus Computers. In addition to managing all financial functions at Acero, Debra works closely with the partners to support Acero’s portfolio companies. Debra has a B.S. in accounting from San Jose State University and an M.B.A in finance from Santa Clara University. She is a member of VCBC, Northern California Financial Executives Alliance, Private Equity CFO Group and has volunteered with Building Futures Now (IHAD) for the past ten years.
