As a Member of Fortuity LLC, David Becker utilizes his decades of experience in finance to craft analyses of financial markets, white papers, news articles and other documents; he also holds consulting engagements on hedging strategies, risk management products, and other topics. David Becker is a vital contributor to the Great Neck, New York-based consulting and portfolio management company, and his day-to-day responsibilities include the management of several million dollars in assets for a multi-strategy portfolio. Other highlights of David Becker’s successful career include his time as a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at D.B. Zwirn & Co., where he managed $200 million in assets in strategies ranging from commodity arbitrage to calendar spreads and volatility trades. David Becker has also acted as a Portfolio Manager at Trivium Capital Management; a Managing Director and Global Head of the Citigroup Commodity Group; a Vice President at Citibank NA in the Trader Petroleum and Natural Gas Commodity Group; and a Vice President at Citibank International PLC in London. David Becker attended Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, earning his Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
