Dave Welsh is a Partner with Adams Street Partners with over 15 years of investment and operational experience. Prior to Adams Street, Dave worked for McAfee, Inc. as Executive Vice-President, Corporate Strategy and Business Development. At McAfee, he was in charge of overall corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions and strategic alliances. Prior to joining McAfee, Dave served as a General Partner for Partech International, an international venture capital firm, and Vice-President of Corporate Development at Portal Software. He currently serves on the Boards of Brightroll, JasperSoft, KPG, LogRhythm and WebVisible. Dave received a BA from UCLA and a JD from UC Berkeley and Harvard Law School.
