David makes sure the ship runs on time, and accepts all ping pong challenges.
David came to ThinkNear after working at the Federal Communications Commission where he headed Net Neutrality and Privacy efforts. Prior to that he clerked for two federal courts in Los Angeles, advised nations on reforming intellectual property law to support innovation, and worked as a community organizer in Brooklyn.
David has a JD from Yale Law School, a MPhil from the University of Oxford, and an AB from Princeton University.
