Mr. Solomon has 14 years of operating and entrepreneurial experience, and 13 years of public accounting experience. He is a Founder of Meritage and currently serves as a Director of Meritage portfolio companies Diveo Broadband Networks and IP Commerce. Additionally, he is the Executive Chairman of NuVox. He joined NuVox as CEO concurrent with Meritage’s investment in November 1999 and has grown the company from annual revenue of less than $200,000 to over $530 million. Prior to NuVox, Mr. Solomon served as CFO at Brooks Fiber Properties immediately following the Company’s formation in 1993 until its sale to WorldCom in 1998 for $3.4 billion. From 1981 to 1993, Mr. Solomon was in public accounting with KPMG.
