David serves as the President of SocialVision, Inc. David, along with UC Berkeley classmate Karthik Kailash, founded SocialVision in 2007 to explore innovative solutions that would enhance the online viewing experience. The Companyâ€™s early projects included a web crawler/indexer and an on-demand P2P video streaming solution.
In 1999, David started his first company, ioperate.com, which provided enterprise software solutions for small to mid-sized businesses. Davidâ€™s previous experience also includes a position with NASA Ames Research Centerâ€™s Robotics Department, where he mathematically analyzed high temperature, extraterrestrial environments.
David completed his B.S. in Computer Science and B.A. in Applied Mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley, and started his M.S. in Computer Science at Berkeley before he put his degree plans on hold to focus on SocialVision.
