As Chief Strategy Officer, David works closely with SAY Media’s product, engineering, marketing and sales teams to further develop and implement the company’s strategy for corporate acquisitions and strategic alliances. In addition to corporate and business development, David leads SAY’s capital raising efforts and is its chief legal officer.
David has nearly 20 years of experience as a corporate and business development executive and legal counsel. Before joining SAY, he most recently served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, of Sonic Solutions, a leading video-on-demand provider acquired by Rovi (NASDAQ: ROVI) in February 2011. Before that, David was Executive Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs, at DivX, Inc., a digital media company acquired by Sonic Solutions in October 2010, where he led its business and corporate development, product and legal teams.
David is a graduate of Yale Law School and Cornell University.
